Purpose of the job:
The Senior Sales Representative is orchestrating for Exceptional Customer Experience - focused on implementing in-clinic and virtual execution of the Hybrid Customer Engagement Model.
Responsible for ensuring all company and industry compliance requirements (e.g., Pharmacovigilance) are understood, adhered to and established local compliance processes are followed.
Area of responsibility:
- Responsible to promote products (cardio renal metabolic area) and manage defined customers in line with the strategy and within agreed territory (Islands, West-Estonia).
- Implementation/Execution of Product Marketing Activities according to plan.
- Primary Contact for Health Care Specialists.
- Planning and organizing visits to customers and realization thereof (calls and seminars).
- Maintains relationship with current and develops contacts with potential customers.
- Organizes and conducts different events directed to disease or category awareness and / or product promotion in responsible territory.
- Acquire and maintain product and diseases/ category knowledge and be able to convey the key advantages and messages in a convincing way to influence the customer practice.
- Acquire and maintain selling and presentation skills and techniques.
- Follows the company’s rules and guidance concerning all product promotion and keeping strictly the ethical code.
Requirements:
- University / Professional education (preferably in life science field)
- Work experience on the similar position in pharmaceutical company
- High ethical standards and strict compliance to internal and external regulations is essential
- Knowledge in English
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proactive and professional customer service attitude
- Sales, communication, presentation, negotiation skills, organizational skills with result orientation
- Driving experience and driving license
